Using Baagchal
Web Dev NC provides Baagchal for personal entertainment and learning. You may use the app, website, local game modes, and private online rooms in line with these terms and applicable law.
Private games
Anyone with a valid room code may join that private room. Share codes only with the person you want to play. Do not use Baagchal to harass another player, interfere with the service, probe another player's data, or automate abusive traffic.
Availability
Testing releases may contain defects or lose unfinished game state. Online rooms depend on network and third-party services. Web Dev NC may change, suspend, or end a feature when maintenance, safety, legal, or service constraints require it.
Advertising and other services
Google AdMob, Google Play Games, Supabase, app stores, and linked websites operate under their own terms. The privacy policy explains how these services process information.
Game assets and software
Baagchal's code, artwork, interface, and branded assets remain protected by their applicable licenses and intellectual-property rights. Nepal's traditional Baagchal rules and the underlying idea of the game are not claimed as exclusive property.
No wagering
Baagchal does not provide real-money gambling, prizes, or betting. Do not use private rooms to organize unlawful wagering.
Responsibility and limits
Use Baagchal at your own risk. To the extent allowed by law, Web Dev NC is not responsible for indirect loss, lost game progress, unavailable rooms, or problems caused by devices, networks, app stores, or third-party services.
